Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students (CSSS)

Apart from scholarships for school students, CBSE also offers financial assistance to those entering college. The CSSS scholarship is available for students who rank above the 80th percentile in their Class 12 board examinations. Applicants must be enrolled in regular degree programs, belong to families with an annual income below Rs 5 lakh, and must not be receiving other scholarships or fee reimbursements. Diploma students are not eligible.

These scholarships provide crucial financial aid, ensuring that meritorious students can continue their education without financial constraints.
