BuildingFutureLeaders: ‘Learning, playing and growing together are the moments that matter to me’

School life is more than a phase; it is the foundation for personal and intellectual growth. It provides a structured environment where learning goes beyond textbooks, shaping character, values, and critical thinking, where students explore their interests, discover hidden talents, and cultivate discipline, resilience, and social skills. Soaking in this wisdom, Archit, who is studying in Class XII at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri, shares how every classroom discussion, sports activity, and school event contributed to his holistic development in a candid interview.

What’s your biggest takeaway from Apeejay Education?

My biggest takeaway is its balanced approach to learning. Apeejay School emphasises strong academic excellence while instilling discipline, values, and responsibility. Equal importance is given to holistic development, nurturing students’ intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth to prepare them for future challenges and lifelong learning success skills.

Which stream have you taken and what are your plans?

I have chosen the PCM stream, as it builds strong analytical and problem-solving skills. After completing my education, I plan to join and expand my family business. I aim to apply my technical knowledge, logical thinking, and modern ideas to contribute to its growth and long-term success.

How has the journey been so far?

My journey has been enriching and memorable. The school has played a vital role in my academic growth and personal development by instilling discipline, providing constant guidance, and offering continuous encouragement to help me become a more confident and responsible individual.

What are your fondest places and activities at school?

My fondest places at school are the classrooms and the playground, where I spend some of my most memorable moments. I enjoy engaging in academic activities, sports, and various school events, as they enhance my confidence, encourage teamwork, and make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

Describe your bonds with teachers and other students here.

I share a respectful, supportive, and encouraging bond with my teachers, who constantly guide, mentor, and motivate me to perform better. My classmates add warmth to the school environment, making it friendly, positive, and collaborative, where we learn together, support one another, and grow as a close-knit community.

What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when we say – Apeejay, Charkhi Dadri?

The first things that come to mind are discipline, quality education, and holistic development. The school represents a nurturing environment where academic excellence, strong values, and overall personality development are given equal importance to shape responsible and confident individuals.
