She started her journey at Apeejay School, Noida, in the nursery. One of her earliest memories is from the first interaction sessions, where the teachers gave chocolates and asked us who we wanted to give them to. She remembers saying she wanted to give them to her grandparents and God, and she ended up getting extra chocolates. That small moment has stayed with her because it reflects the warmth and care that the school has always shown its students.
In a candid interview, Aadya Anwesha talks about an experience she will never forget, among other things.
Is there an early memory that still stays with you?
Yes, one small moment, where the teacher gave me extra chocolates, has stayed with me because it reflects the warmth and care that the school has always shown its students. Even as a young child, I felt valued and comfortable in the school environment, which made a lasting impression on me.

How has the school influenced your social life over the years?
Over the years, the school has had a strong impact on my social life. I have built lasting friendships here and learnt how to interact confidently with others. Being around different people helped me grow socially and become more comfortable expressing myself.
Has the school shaped the way you approach learning?
The school encourages critical thinking across subjects. This has helped me develop a deeper and more thoughtful approach to learning rather than simply memorising information. I now try to understand concepts and think more consciously about what I am learning.
In what ways have you grown personally as a student?
On a personal level, I have become more polished and confident. The opportunities for public speaking at school helped me overcome hesitation and express my thoughts clearly. I have also learnt how to manage stress better, which has been an important part of my growth.
Is there an experience at school that you feel you will remember forever?
In Class V, a teacher once asked us what we wanted to become in the future. At that time, I had not thought about it. She later called me for a one-on-one discussion and asked me to explain how I planned to achieve my goals. That conversation encouraged me to reflect seriously on my choices.
