Read edited excerpts:

How would you describe your transformation during your journey at ASM?
My experience at ASM has shaped me into a more confident, disciplined, and proactive person. I’ve learned to take ownership of my tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate with clarity. Beyond academics, the environment here nurtured my maturity and self-awareness — something I truly cherish.

ASM offers a perfect blend of theory and practice. What key skills did you develop?
I gained a strong mix of technical and soft skills. Technically, we worked on data analysis basics, marketing fundamentals, and presentation tools — learning how classroom concepts translate into real-world projects. Soft skills like teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership improved tremendously through group assignments and presentations.

Were there specific activities or modules that helped you grow?
Absolutely! Workshops on personality developmentExcel training, and case study modules were incredibly helpful. Group presentations and live project discussions pushed me outside my comfort zone — and that’s when I realised I was capable of so much more. Industry talks and guest lectures made learning relatable and practical.

How has faculty support contributed to your learning experience?
The faculty here is extremely supportive and approachable. They always encouraged me to participate, refine my communication, and improve my analytical skills. Their constructive feedback fuelled my growth both academically and professionally.

Has ASM prepared you for the corporate world?
Definitely. My internships and live projects taught me workplace expectations, deadlines, and practical problem-solving. Presentations boosted my confidence to take on professional roles — which helped during my placement experience in influencer marketing.

Any favourite memory from ASM you’ll always cherish?
My research project in the final semester! It involved extensive data collection and analysis, and presenting findings to a faculty panel. The appreciation I received for clarity and depth of research made me realise how far I had come.
