The event underscored the significance of raising awareness about PCOS in educational institutions and communities. The interactive session also allowed attendees to ask questions and seek clarifications, fostering a better understanding of the syndrome. Sharing her thoughts, Rtr. Vibhuti Verma, President, RaCASUG said, “PCOS is a hormonal disorder in women, which can lead to infertility, heart disease, diabetes, sleep apnea, and strokes. It is a very common condition, but often misdiagnosed and misunderstood. Thus, it is extremely important to throw light on the topic and this session turned out to be a really fruitful one.”
The session concluded by expressing gratitude to the guest for her informative and engaging presentation. Attendees were encouraged to share the knowledge gained with their peers and contribute to the broader initiative of promoting women’s health awareness.
