Sharing her thoughts, student organiser Anjali Rajshree expressed,”Organising Indoor Sports Mania-2024 at Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication alongside my fellow PGDM batchmates was one of the best experiences of my time at Apeejay so far. Building friendships in a professional setting and channeling my abilities in the best way possible was a highlight for me. The core idea behind allowing students to take on the organising and management responsibilities of such an important college event has brought a sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork.”

She also said, “Working under stressful conditions while still being able to make great memories was the most rewarding part of the process. I am truly grateful to all the faculty members and the entire AIMC family for their support and for providing us with this golden opportunity to become practical managers, not just keeping knowledge confined to the classroom, but also allowing us hands-on experience.”

Another student Lakshya Mehra mentioned, “During the Indoor Sports Day, I participated in all the events and won two, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The activities were well-organised and professionally executed, making them easy to follow and pleasant to participate in. It was thrilling to both play in and watch the events. Lastly, being awarded by the college faculty during the prize ceremony was a truly heartwarming experience.”

The Indoor Sports Mania proved to be a resounding success.  It not only promoted physical activity and healthy competition but also showcased the organisational skills and teamwork of the PGDM students. The event served as a testament to their ability to manage large-scale events and create a memorable experience for everyone involved.
