Apeejay School of Management signs MoU with Financial Planning Standards Board India

Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka signed a landmark MoU with the Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSB India) to bring globally recognised financial planning education into Apeejay School of Management’s PGDM program. This collaboration marks a significant step towards enhancing student learning, preparing them for the dynamic corporate world, and fostering excellence in financial planning education.

The primary goal of this partnership is to provide students with essential financial planning skills by integrating the globally recognised CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) certification into the PGDM curriculum. The CFP® certification, awarded by FPSB, is highly esteemed in the financial services sector and will allow students to develop industry-relevant competencies, enhancing their employability. By aligning academic learning with international standards, Apeejay School of Management ensures its students are equipped with the practical knowledge and skills employers in finance and wealth management seek.

The signing of the MoU took place in the presence of key stakeholders from both institutions. Dr. Rahul Singh, Director Apeejay School of Management, and Mr. Kishan Mishra, CEO of FPSB India, signed the MoU, symbolising a milestone in the academic-industry collaboration. Dr. Singh emphasised the importance of this partnership in giving Apeejay School of Management students a competitive edge in the job market through exposure to financial planning expertise.
