The festive spirit was brought to life at Apeejay School of Management (ASM), where students, faculty, and staff gathered to celebrate Christmas. The day was filled with joy, enthusiasm, and meaningful reflections.
The event, organised by Dr. Shweta Jha, Dr. Vernika Aggarwal, Prof. Nupur Soti, and Prof. Anushka Goel, members of the cultural committee of ASM, was a perfect blend of fun, learning, and festive cheer. Additionally, student members of the cultural committee contributed significantly to the events’ success.
The event began with an air of excitement as students from both the first and second years participated in the Best Dressed competition. A sense of friendly competition filled the air as everyone eagerly awaited the announcement of the winners.
Subsequently, Dr. Etinder Pal Singh, Deputy Director, ASM conferred the badges to the winners and Dr. Chhaya Wadhwa announced the names of the winners. The Best Dressed title for the first year was awarded to Abhay Singh, who looked dashing in his elegant brown and
white-themed outfit, and Navya, whose dazzling brown and beige dress with snowflake accents captured the essence of Christmas cheer.
For the second year, Himanshu Bhatt won the prize, impressing everyone with his quirky brown jacket. Khushi Saha, with her decent brown-white dress was declared the winner for the second year. The winners were applauded for their festive spirit, adding to the lively atmosphere of the celebration.

The next segment of the event included an insightful talk by Mr. Damian Amaral, a distinguished guest speaker, who shared the true significance of Christmas with the students. He spoke about the tradition of giving and the importance of spreading joy. Mr. Amaral’s words resonated deeply with the students, reminding them that the essence of Christmas lies in creating meaningful connections and offering kindness to others. His address was both thought-provoking and heartwarming, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the celebration.
In keeping with the spirit of learning and engagement, a quiz session followed Mr. Amaral’s talk. The quiz tested the students’ knowledge about Christmas traditions and history. The students participated with great enthusiasm, and their quick thinking and correct answers demonstrated their engagement with the subject.
