Apeejay School, Noida, ushered in the new academic session 2026-27 with a thoughtfully curated special assembly for students of Classes VI to VIII. Held in the school auditorium, the assembly was designed not only to mark the beginning of a new scholastic journey but also to inspire students to embrace fresh opportunities with enthusiasm, purpose and a growth mindset. The initiative reflected the school’s commitment to setting a positive and motivating tone right at the outset of the academic year.

The assembly seamlessly blended celebration with inspiration, creating an atmosphere of pride and aspiration among students. A key highlight of the event was the recognition of academic excellence across various prestigious competitions. Students who demonstrated outstanding performance in the SpellBee Competition, International English Olympiad, International General Knowledge Olympiad, International Science Olympiad, and International Mathematics Olympiad were felicitated with certificates and medals. Their achievements stood as a testament to their diligence, intellectual curiosity, and perseverance, while also motivating their peers to strive for similar excellence. 

Addressing the gathering, Vice-Principal, Ms Puneeta Bhasin congratulated the awardees and applauded their dedication. In her address, she shared an inspiring anecdote from the life of renowned artist Pablo Picasso, emphasising that true success is not achieved through fleeting efforts but through sustained hard work, discipline, and unwavering commitment. Her words resonated deeply with the students, encouraging them to remain focused on their goals and to value consistency as the cornerstone of achievement.
