Congratulations on receiving the Dr Stya Paul Award for Human Values! How did you feel when you heard the news?
Thank you! It was a proud and emotional moment. This award shows that sincerity, kindness, and good values matter just as much as marks. It has encouraged me to keep spreading positivity around me.

Can you recall a moment when you realised the importance of kindness?
Yes. A few days ago, my friend was absent due to illness and felt lost when she returned. I offered to teach her the missed lessons. The relief and happiness on her face made me realise how even a small gesture can change someone’s day.

Who has influenced your values the most?
My parents. They always remind me to stay humble, respect elders, and speak the truth. They tell me that no matter how successful I become, I should stay grounded and kind.

What does living with values mean to you in today’s world?
For me, it means choosing honesty, empathy, and fairness even when no one is watching. It’s about standing by what is right, being responsible, and listening to others respectfully.

You are part of the NCC. What inspired you to join?
I have deep respect for our defence forces. During NCC training, seeing the discipline and dedication of army officers filled me with pride. Wearing the NCC uniform reminds me to serve my nation with honour. How do you stay positive during challenges?
I draw strength from my family and read inspiring quotes by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Learning about people who never gave up motivates me to face tough times with courage.
