My hands are locked in a handcuff,
Now I am realising what I have done,
I have brutally murdered a someone,
Killed a life
As I am sitting behind the bars,
Tears roll down my cheeks,
It draws all the attention, policemen,
the people who also attempted a crime,
stare at me,
I bury my face in my palms,
Knowing that I am being watched by everyone,
Knowing that they are thinking I am weak, childish,
But inside I know that I am strong,
I have done a crime and I am repentant
I want to reform myself
I want to lit a fire inside me
A fire of good deeds, education
I want to heal!
