Exams often induce stress and anxiety in students, especially Board exams. It is imperative to help students remain in a calm atmosphere and allow them to remain composed. To enable students to manage their stress levels, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park organised a havan ceremony to alleviate stress and anxiety levels for students of classes X and XII whose exams just begun.

Creating an atmosphere that encourages calmness and allows time for prayer before exams contributes to the overall well-being of students, fostering a positive and supportive educational environment. The school’s atmosphere was imbued with a sacred and purifying ritual, enveloping it in a serene ambiance and positive energy. The chanting of mantras and offerings to the sacred fire generated a revitalising effect, benefiting both the body and mind and paving the way for future success.

The havan acted as a perfect way out, center each student through prayer helping them enhance emotional resilience, reduce nervousness, and foster a positive outlook.

The atmosphere of the havan ceremony was highly charged with enthusiasm and rejuvenated vibes. The Principal Ms Surabhi Joshi and the Vice-principal Ms Vandana Bansal, staff members, dedicated teachers, and the parents of the students came together to participate in a spiritually uplifting yagya ceremony.

The collective presence of the school community sought solace in the comforting warmth of the havan. Everyone present, radiated high energy and actively engaged in the ritual, creating a sense of unity among the attendees.

As part of the ceremony, staff members extended their wishes to the students of classes X and XII. This was accompanied by the distribution of prasad, symbolising not just a spiritual offering but also a sharing of positive energy and encouragement. As the students stand on the brink of new academic endeavours, the ceremony at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park served as a symbolic gesture, propelling them toward their future dreams with a foundation of support, good wishes, and blessings.
