Young Talent: ‘My teachers are like a bouquet of flowers, spreading sweetness’
This young achiever from Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg has started to already borne a new dream in her eyes
“Just like how my name suggests, academics are also a precious part of my life. They are the backbone of every success you will ever achieve in life,” asserts Pearl Gupta. This young genius has now been promoted to class IV in Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg in Jaladhar.
When asked which are her favourite subjects, the 9-year-old shared, “English and Math are my favourite subjects. Both of these subjects are centered around logical reasoning. I believe that regular studies does the trick to score good grades.”
An ardent JK Rowling fan, Pearl has read the whole Harry Potter franchise. “All my teachers are like flowers in a beautiful garden. It’s so difficult to pick one out of them as my most favourite,” shared the class IV student.
An aspiring doctor, Pearl wants to become a
top-notch cardiologist when she grows up. talking about her daily study strategy, she mentions, “My mother helps me study at home and finish my homework and learn all concepts.
Currently, Pearl is learning how to play badminton and is mostly busy with the game when she is not involved in her studies. “I wake up by 6 am daily and then get ready for school. Around 3 pm when I am back, I eat my lunch and then watch Tarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma on TV along with my mom. Later in the evening, I go out to play and when I am back I finish my dinner and go to bed by 10 pm maximum,” she shared.
The Apeejay student also loves to watch all types of comedy shows and movies while gorging on her favourite snack – french fries.
