Educational excursions play a vital role in the holistic development of young learners, offering them opportunities to explore and experience the world beyond the classroom. These outings provide hands-on learning experiences, foster social skills, and encourage a deeper understanding of academic concepts by bringing them to life.

Recognising the importance of such experiences, Apeejay School, Noida, organised a day-long excursion to KidZania for students of classes I and II. A total of 254 students (132 from class I and 122 from class II), along with 10 teachers and six support staff, participated in this much-anticipated excursion. The Primary In-charge, Mrs Smriti Samuel, ensured that all necessary safety, security, and discipline measures were in place, briefing both teachers and students before departure.
The excitement among the students was palpable as they eagerly boarded the buses after seeking the blessings of the Lord Almighty.

Arriving at KidZania, the students were captivated by the model city, which offers a unique blend of entertainment and education. KidZania provided an engaging environment where students could explore various professions through interactive role-play. This hands-on exposure allowed them to grasp the fundamentals of financial literacy, teamwork, and societal functions in a fun and immersive setting. The experience also helped to cultivate values of sharing and caring among the students, as they worked together in various activities.
The day was educational and filled with joy as the students relished the delicious snack boxes provided by the school. They returned home excitedly, eager to share their newfound knowledge and experiences with their parents.
The excursion to KidZania left a lasting impression on the young learners, inspiring them and providing them with cherished memories.
