Wonder Kids Fiesta 2026 at Apeejay School, Model Town Celebrates Creativity, Confidence, and Joyful Learning

Apeejay School, Model Town, Jalandhar, recently organised the vibrant Wonder Kids Fiesta 2026, a three-day celebration designed to engage young learners in joyful, hands-on learning experiences. The event brought together a variety of creative, physical, and skill-based activities, transforming the school campus into a hub of excitement, imagination, and discovery.

With a strong focus on experiential learning, the fiesta provided children with opportunities to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop essential life skills beyond textbooks.

Day 1: Igniting Imagination Through Stories and Art

The fiesta began on an inspiring note with an engaging storytelling session by Dr. Neetu Vaid Sharma. Her expressive narration captivated young minds, transporting them into a world of imagination while encouraging a love for reading and creative thinking.

Adding to the creative energy, a pottery session conducted by Mr. Bara Singh Dol allowed students to mould clay into beautiful forms. This tactile activity not only sparked artistic expression but also enhanced fine motor skills and patience among children.

Day 2: Joyful Movement and Expression

Day 2 brought a lively change of pace as students visited Parindey for a session led by Happiness Guru Rajan Syal. Through dance, music, and interactive games, children expressed themselves freely, learning the importance of movement, rhythm, and emotional well-being.

The day also emphasised social learning, as students bonded with peers, shared laughter, and created joyful memories—an essential part of holistic development.

Day 3: Skills, Creativity, and Active Fun

The final day of the fiesta was a delightful mix of creativity and action. A calligraphy session by Ms. Swati Seth Katyal introduced students to the elegance of artistic writing, helping improve focus, handwriting, and aesthetic appreciation.

In the fireless cooking session led by Mr. Sandeep Singh, young chefs prepared simple dishes like sandwiches and papri chaat, learning about teamwork, hygiene, and healthy eating habits.

Adding an energetic twist, the cycling activity conducted by Ms. Saran Preeti saw children confidently riding laps, building balance, coordination, and self-assurance.
