Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park recently witnessed an inspiring assembly organised by the students of Class III, themed around the timeless message of ‘Victory of Good over Evil.’ The assembly opened with the school prayer, creating a serene and positive atmosphere for the event.
The programme continued with a series of thought-provoking segments, beginning with the Word of the Day and Thought of the Day, followed by national and international news updates, keeping the students informed about the world around them.
The highlight of the assembly was a compelling short drama that portrayed the victory of righteousness over evil. The students’ powerful performance, filled with conviction and creativity, captivated the audience and effectively conveyed the importance of moral values in life. The drama reinforced the age-old lesson that goodness always prevails, leaving a lasting impact on everyone present.
Following the drama, the students showcased their joy and enthusiasm through a vibrant dance presentation. Their energy and coordination added a festive touch to the event, uplifting the spirits of the entire audience.
Speaking about the value addition the assembly inculcated amongst students, Ms Namita Mishra, TGT Hindi at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park shared, “The class assembly effectively conveyed the importance of moral values and the triumph of good over evil. The students’ confidence and teamwork shone through their presentations, including the Word of the Day, Thought of the Day, and news updates. The short drama was captivating, and the dance performance was energetic and joyful.
“The Principal’s encouragement further boosted the students’ morale. The assembly’s cohesive theme and seamless execution made it engaging and inspiring. The national song’s conclusion filled the atmosphere with patriotism. Overall, it was a commendable effort, showcasing the students’ creativity and understanding of vital life values,” Ms Mishra added.
The assembly concluded with the singing of the national song, instilling a sense of patriotism and unity among the students and staff. The entire event was a beautiful blend of cultural values and moral lessons, making it a memorable and enriching experience for all.
