How can the Indian government and education system tackle talent wars? Mr Aditya Berlia explains

Mr. Berlia was in conversation with Ancy K. Sunny, Senior Sub-Editor at The Week, elucidated on how the nature of work has changed around the world in this ultra-competitive market. He said, “If you look at how humans, societies, nations, states, and particularly companies and organisations in the last two to three hundred years have evolved. We went towards industrial revolution, which is a very capital intensive and very labour intensive revolution over the time going through the advent of electricity, the information age and now we are sort of here at a point in 2023 where a few interesting things have changed. So, what has started to happen is, the productivity tools have gone up. The number of people required to really contribute has gone down.”
