UGC NET 2025: Exam city slips released for June

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam city intimation slips for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) scheduled to begin on June 25, 2025. Candidates appearing for the exam can now check the location of their examination centres by visiting the official website — ugcnet.nta.ac.in. To download the city slip, candidates need to log in using their application number and date of birth.

The exam city slip provides information about the city in which the candidate’s exam centre will be located. However, this slip is for information purposes only and is not required to be carried to the exam venue on the day of the test. The actual UGC NET 2025 admit card will be released shortly, and candidates are advised to download and print it once available. The admit card will include the exact address of the exam centre, shift timings, reporting times, and other essential guidelines.

The UGC NET June 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted from June 25-29, 2025, across two daily shifts — the first shift from 9 am to 12 pm and the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The examination will comprise two papers with objective-type multiple-choice questions.
