Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar. The ceremony began with the unfurling of the National Flag by the school Principal, Mr Yashpal Sharma, along with Vice-principal Ms Aarti Shorey Bhat. The moment was marked by respectful silence and collective reverence.
Addressing the gathering, the Principal spoke about the significance of Republic Day in shaping the nation’s identity. He encouraged students to understand the values enshrined in the Constitution and to practise them in their daily lives. Students who brought laurels to the school by excelling in sports at the national and district levels were felicitated for their achievements.
