Which factors influenced you to choose Apeejay School, Greater Noida?
To be very honest, we chose Apeejay School primarily because of its former principal. We visited many schools, but when we entered AIS with our three-year-old daughter and met the principal, it felt like home yet disciplined, without unnecessary formalities. We were also deeply fascinated by the school’s traditional programs, such as the collective enactment of The Ramayan during Dussehra by all the students. The best thing that hasn’t changed over time is the easy accessibility of teachers, coordinators, and even the Principal ma’am, which is a unique and commendable practice.
Which are the best techniques do teachers use here to teach students?
Some teachers are very good and teach subjects like Math, Science, English, and Sanskrit exceptionally well. They explain topics thoroughly, encourage students to think independently about given problems, and engage in discussions with them. Similarly, highly skilled teachers are there for other subjects as well, such as Social Science and Computer Science.
Which activities does your child enjoy and participate in mostly at school?
My child loves dancing. However, children are given various opportunities to participate in activities such as poem recitation in English and Hindi, debates, and more.
How are the safety protocols for young children?
The school ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, with staff diligently implementing all measures without any lapses. From secure entry points to constant supervision, every precaution is taken to create a safe and nurturing environment, giving parents complete confidence in their child’s well-being at school.
Which facilities and infrastructure of the school are attractive and conducive for students?
The bus facility is good, and the library facility is good, and is enriched with more books by renowned Indian writers. The computer labs are equipped with updated and properly functioning systems. Sports equipment is in good condition, which is provided to enhance children’s experience during sports periods.
Are you happy and satisfied as parents?
The discipline is well-maintained, and in this regard, we can consider that our children are in good hands. It is a great tradition that the school seeks feedback from parents and values their opinions, which is a commendable practice.
