In today’s rapidly changing world, the role of education in a child’s life has become more crucial than ever. Schools are not just places for academic learning, they are environments where children develop essential life skills, discover their passions, and build the foundation for their future. To create a positive learning environment for children, Ms Shweta Negi, mother of Eva Negi, a student of class IX, studying at Apeejay School, Noida chose the school for her daughter as she believes ‘this school offers everything for students’.
In a telephonic conversation, the mother shared her experience with school and how her daughter is always excited to attend school.
How has been your child’s experience at this school so far?
My daughter has been in this school since nursery, and the experience has been wonderful. She excels in academics and actively participates in extracurricular activities, making her school life enriching and balanced. We’ve never faced any difficulties, and her overall growth has been remarkable.
Which extracurricular activities does she take part in?
She’s taking badminton classes later in the year and going early in the morning for school classes. Her school schedule is busy, as she starts at 8:15 am. Despite the hectic routine, she manages well. Earlier, she was also active in Kathak, showcasing her versatility and dedication to both academics and extracurricular activities.

Are you satisfied with the facilities provided by the school?
As long as I see my child thriving here, I am completely satisfied and content.
Do you think the school takes good care of effective communication between parents and teachers?
Yes, absolutely. During PTMs, any issues we raise are addressed by the teachers. The communication between parents and teachers is very effective, ensuring that any concerns are taken seriously and resolved promptly, which greatly benefits our child’s education and overall experience.
Certain activities that involve parents’ presence. Do you attend it?
Yes, events like Annual Day and Sports Day keep students excited, knowing their parents are watching. Recently, like last year a wonderful initiative called ‘Coffee with Ma’am’ took place. The class teacher invited us, and all the teachers, along with the principal, were present. We discussed individual problems, both good and bad, in a supportive environment. This session was incredibly productive and provided a platform for open communication between parents and the school staff.
