The students of this school honoured for their creativity and community spirit

It was a proud moment for the Apeejay School International, (ASI) Panchsheel Park. Four of its diligent students were honoured for their excellent contributions to the prestigious Festival of Hope by Pathways Gurgaon. The festival is known for celebrating young talents and could be an avenue to bring more students together who show innovative ideas, creativity, and community spirit.

Aaditya Nath Mathur from the MYP-5 and Saanvi Sharma from the MYP-4 were awarded under the category of Astitva Teen: Community Change Maker. This category identifies students who are ‘doers’ – a class of individuals with leadership qualities to try to bring meaningful change within their communities. Aaditya and Saanvi’s achievements are a testament to their ability to impact society and motivate their peers to think beyond studies and create a more compassionate world.

The next to bring pride to ASI in the category Astitva Teen: Creative Visionary were Vyna Malhotra and Smera Sachdeva. This recognition is given to an exceptionally creative group of students, who were innovative and were able to think beyond the square. The criterion on which both Vyna and Smera stood out was originality and the ability of self-expression through art as a benchmark in the school to achieve creativity.

To build future leaders and visionaries

At ASI, students are not only urged to excel academically but to grow as independent thinkers and empathetic leaders. The ethos of the school is to focus on the growth of a generation of citizens richly knowledgeable and socially responsible.

The recognition at the Festival of Hope attests to Apeejay Education’s commitment towards providing an environment for students to pursue excellence beyond the classroom.
