When I grow up, I would like to become a cricketer. Playing cricket gives me immense joy. I also love watching cricket matches and would want to be on the cricket field someday. My role model is Virat Kohli. I would also like to become like him. I dream of holding the bat, wearing a blue jersey, and playing for the Indian Cricket team. The thought of me stepping on the field and hearing the National Anthem just before the match gives me goosebumps. I would be a batsman and a great fielder. Cricket is a thrilling game that needs a lot of physical fitness, dedication, teamwork, and passion. I would be a team player and support my team through thick and thin. Practice makes a man perfect. I would always push myself and practice hard so that I can bring the best out of myself on the field. Every practice session, every failure, every match would be a stepping stone to my team’s success. I would hit many boundaries and centuries. I would try to score the maximum runs for my team. I would win many International matches for my country. My beloved nation, parents, grandparents, teachers, and relatives would be proud of me. In India, cricket is not a game but a religion. I would bring joy to millions of fans who love to watch cricket. I would also contribute some of my earnings towards charity for children for their education. I would open a cricket academy for the young children who dream of becoming cricketers. I would inspire my next generation like my cricket heroes have inspired me. Holding the ‘World Cup’ would be the best feeling I could give to the people of my country.
