The right school fosters not just academic excellence but also the holistic development of a child, as it encourages intellectual growth, emotional stability, social skills, and physical health. Schools that prioritise a balanced curriculum can help students develop critical thinking, creativity, and resilience, which are essential for success in life. This made it easy for parents like Akshi Mahendru, mother of Aamish Mahendru, a student of Class II, studying in Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park to choose this school.

In a candid conversation, the mother talked about how the school has helped her child grow and glow!

How has been your experience in this school so far?

I find the environment to be positive and conducive to learning. The physical activities are engaging and well-organised, contributing to a healthy routine. The overall structure and daily schedule of the school are well-planned, which helps maintain a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities.

Why did you choose this school?

We chose this school for its outstanding reputation. It is a renowned institute known for its academic excellence and supportive environment. The wide range of activities offered here played a significant role in our decision. These activities not only keep our child excited and motivated to attend school but also contribute to his overall development.

Does he feel excited to attend school?

He always excited to attend school. The stimulating environment, engaging activities, and supportive community make each day something he eagerly looks forward to. His enthusiasm for school is a testament to the positive and dynamic atmosphere the school provides.

How are the facilities at the school?

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the facilities the school offers. On a scale of one to 10, I would rate them an eight. The school provides a range of resources and amenities that contribute positively to the students’ learning experience.

How effective do you think is the communication between teachers and parents?

The communication between teachers and parents is quite effective. I’ve been fortunate to have very good teachers for my child, which has made the transition to class II smooth. While there are always areas for improvement in conversations, the involvement in curricular and extracurricular activities is commendable. Last year, for instance, the regular updates and meetings ensured we were well-informed about our child’s progress and activities.

Changes in his behaviour since joining school.

He was initially quite shy, but he has gradually become more confident over time. The school’s activities have played a significant role in this development. Their well-structured programmes, both curricular and extracurricular, are among the best aspects of the school. Participation in these activities has not only improved his social skills but also boosted his overall engagement and enthusiasm. Additionally, the school’s supportive environment encourages all students, including those in the top five of their class, to get involved and grow.
