At what age did you start drawing?
I’ve been passionate about drawing and art since childhood, and by my 6th grade, it had truly become my calling.
What inspired you to create artworks?
Various art videos I found on the internet during the lockdown period really inspired me to develop my artistic skills further.
Tell us the thought behind your artworks?
The wonders of nature and the intricate beauty of fauna inspired me to create paintings.
Who is your favourite artist and your favourite painting?
I’m quite fond of the artworks of Mr. Bijay Biswal, and I’m particularly amazed by Vincent van Gogh’s magnum opus Starry Night.
Any specific art style or art forms you prefer?
I enjoy pen sketches and traditional art forms like Madhubani and Mandala art. My work often leans towards themes related to nature.
Do you prefer making artworks during the day or night?
I prefer painting during the daytime as I am fresh with new ideas and creativity.
How does Apeejay School, Kharghar help you create such innovative artworks?
My school organizes various art exhibitions and provides opportunities to participate in inter-school and intra-school art competitions, which really boost my art skills.
How do you approach creating an artwork?
Before starting a piece, I visualise it clearly in my mind to ensure flawless execution. Typically, it takes about 2/2.5 hours, depending on the difficulty level of the painting. My themes often revolve around nature, such as flowers, birds, and insects.

The best thing about painting is that it develops my sense of patience, calmness, and creativity, all of which make me really happy.
