Apeejay School, Tanda Road, continues to win the trust of parents for its nurturing atmosphere and student-first approach. In a candid conversation, Ms Anu Aggarwal, mother of Class 6 student Anaya Aggarwal, highlights how the school’s approachable teachers, responsive communication system and balanced academic–co-curricular environment have played a key role in shaping her daughter’s confidence and clarity. She shares her experiences and observations as a long-standing parent who has witnessed the school’s consistent commitment to holistic learning.
Read edited excerpts:
How has Apeejay School contributed to Anaya’s confidence and personality?
One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is her confidence. She speaks to teachers freely, asks questions without hesitation and discusses her doubts openly. As parents, whenever we face any issue—academic or otherwise—the teachers listen patiently and resolve everything quickly. This clarity and comfort have strengthened her personality a lot.

Could you share a recent example of the school’s responsiveness?
Recently, we were confused about the new exam pattern. When I approached her teacher, she not only explained everything but also shared a blueprint and worksheets the very same evening. Whether it is academic queries or small personal concerns among children, teachers address every matter immediately. Their approachability is truly commendable.
What co-curricular experiences has Anaya enjoyed at school?
Anaya has always been active. She has taken part in dance competitions and even played the role of Saraswati Maa before the summer vacation—a proud moment for us. The dance teacher is extremely talented and brings fresh, creative performances every year. I’ve been associated with the school since 2013, and dance activities have always been a highlight.
How would you describe your experience with the subject teachers?
The teachers are excellent. For example, the Maths teacher has been a blessing. The new NCERT book can be confusing initially, but she guides the children patiently. She even allows students to come after school for doubt-clearing and shares worksheets for every chapter. The Science teacher is equally loved by all the kids.
What values or strengths do you feel the school is cultivating in Anaya?
She has developed strong conceptual clarity and discipline. The teachers’ guidance makes a lasting impact, and students genuinely admire them. Anaya especially enjoys Maths and Science because of how well the teachers explain everything.
As a long-standing parent, what stands out the most about Apeejay School?
The immediate communication, supportive teachers and the school’s consistency over the years. I’ve seen it while my son studied here too. The school truly focuses on learning, growth and parental support.
