In the heart of South Delhi, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, GK-II, is buzzing with excitement as its much-anticipated Summerlude’25 unfolds. This annual summer camp has become a vibrant celebration of curiosity, imagination, and joyful learning for young children.

This year’s edition of Summerlude’25 is built around four delightful weekly themes – Globe Trotters, Rainforest Rumble, Dino Scales, and SpaceTales. Each theme invites children on a new adventure – exploring global cultures, discovering rainforest animals, stepping into the world of dinosaurs, and journeying through outer space.

A holistic and immersive experience
Summerlude’25 is much more than a summer camp – it’s an immersive experience where play meets purpose. Children participate in creatively designed activities such as Theatre Magic, Inquisitive Minds, Coding, Move n Groove, and Canvas & Creativity. From story enactments and cultural dance to science experiments, art projects and movement-based exercises, the camp provides a balance of fun and developmental learning.

According to Ms. Pooja, a parent whose daughter Meera studies in Kindergarten at Rhythms, “She looks forward to going every day because she knows everyone and finds the activities a lot of fun. The volcano lava experiment really excited her and the theatre group activities are helping her express herself better. She’s even learning tongue twisters and loves coming home and reciting them!”

Meera especially enjoys hands-on STEM-based crafts, Ms. Pooja added. “They do little experiments to teach science in a fun way. She recently made something related to lava and couldn’t stop talking about it.”

Open to children beyond Rhythms
Summerlude’25 has also attracted families from outside the school community. Ms Smriti, whose daughter Suhani joined the camp from a nearby preschool, chose Rhythms mainly for its proximity but is thoroughly impressed by the experience so far.

“Suhani loves dancing, crafts, and story time,” said Smriti. “Though her motor skills were already well developed, I wanted something engaging during the summer break. Since day one, she’s been excited to go. She made a ladybug mask recently as part of the rainforest theme and has been learning about different birds and animals. It’s been only a week, but she’s growing and enjoying every bit of it.”

Why do parents love Summerlude’25?
Whether it’s enhancing motor and communication skills, encouraging creativity, or simply keeping the little ones happily engaged during the break, Summerlude’25 checks all the boxes. The camp offers an inclusive and safe environment where children form friendships, try new things, and discover the joy of learning through play.

As the team Rhythms beautifully puts it, “SummerLude’25 – A memory to last a lifetime. Unplug, explore, grow… as we learn with wonder, laugh with love, and grow together every step of the way.”
