Student Achiever: ‘Scholar badge has upheld the onus of being better than before’

She has a scientific bent of mind along with grit and determination to redefine a brighter future for the country after joining the Indian administration services. Meet Riyanshi Goyal who is studying in class IV at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri. In a candid interview, she shares why it’s important to make apt use of time.

How do you feel after receiving the scholar badge?

The day I received the scholar badge, I was shocked and overjoyed, as I hadn’t expected it. It filled me with immense pride and happiness, making the achievement even more special and memorable for me.

Share your preparation strategy.

I prepared for the exams by creating regular timetables and ensuring I revised everything thoroughly before the exam. Throughout the year, I focused on consistent studying and revising, which helped me understand concepts better and eliminated the need to cram during the exams.

What’s your favourite subject?

My favourite subject is Science because it has always captivated me with its explanations of the natural world. I find it fascinating to learn how everything in nature is intricately designed and interconnected, sparking my curiosity and deepening my appreciation for the wonders of creation.

What’s your ambition?

My ambition is to become an IAS officer and make a meaningful impact on my country. I aspire to contribute to its development, address important issues, and work towards creating a better future for everyone.

How did the teachers help you?

My teachers have been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. They constantly encourage me to put in my best efforts and never hesitate to clear my doubts promptly. Their guidance, motivation, and belief in my abilities have been a significant source of inspiration for me.
