Student Achiever: ‘In the grand tapestry of the universe; my quest for learning began’

He is called the future of the country affectionately and plans to make hay while the sun shines. Meet Manil Sherawat who is studying in class IV at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri. In a candid interview, Manil shares that breaking study material into productive hours will go a long way in achieving great academic results.

How do you feel after getting a scholar badge?

Receiving a scholar badge evoked a range of positive emotions including pride, joy, and motivation to continue striving for academic and personal growth. It also boosted my self-confidence and belief that inspires me to maintain high standards and achieve greater heights.

How did you prepare for your exams?

I prepared for my exams by starting early and creating a study schedule, breaking down the material into smaller chunks, did my daily homework regularly, reviewed key concepts and practiced problems by writing.

What’s your favorite subject?

My favorite subject is Science because I love to explore the fundamental laws of the universe and its contribution to scientific advancement. Science involves experimentation, observation and helps us understand how things work, from the smallest atom to the vast universe.

What is your ambition?

My ambition is to become a software engineer to master new technologies and skills. Engineers strive to develop software that solves real world problems, advances technology in meaningful ways. Also to achieve professional growth and recognition.

How did the teachers support you?

Teachers provided me with instructions in various subjects, helping me in acquiring knowledge and developing essential skills like reading, writing and problem solving. They also fostered a positive and inclusive classroom environment and encouraged us to learn.
