Time and tide wait for none. Hence this student believes in honouring and utilising it to the maximum capacity. Meet Pratyush Goel from class V at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri. In a candid interview, Pratyush shares how his teachers guided him to tap into his innate potential.

How do you feel after receiving the scholar badge?
After receiving the scholar batch I feel elected and excited. It brings an essence of pride and is a recognition of my hard work and dedication. It motivates me to continue striving for academic excellence. The badge serves as a reminder of my accomplishments and capabilities. I feel more confident in my abilities and more assured of my potential for future success.
How did you prepare for the exams?
I created a timetable that allocates time for studying and practising each subject. I focused more time on topics where I needed improvement. I practised consistently. Regular practice helps reinforce learning and builds confidence. I avoided any kind of distractions and stayed focused by taking regular breaks to recharge. I ensure to get enough sleep exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet as the saying goes healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
What’s your favourite subject and why?
Math is my favourite subject. It involves solving problems which can be a fun and challenging puzzle to crack. The subject is used in various aspects of life from Science and technology to finance and economics. Math helps to develop critical thinking and analytical skills which are valuable in many areas of life. Mastering this subject boosts my confidence and motivation to learn more.

What’s your ambition?
My ambition is to become a Computer Engineer. The industry involves designing and developing innovative solutions to real-world problems which can be fulfilling. Engineers have the potential to make a significant positive impact on society. Although the journey to become an engineer is challenging, I am ready to face the obstacles.
How did the teachers help you?
My teachers are always there to help me. They helped me to build confidence in my abilities and encouraged me to take on new challenges. They used various teaching tools like diagrams and videos to enhance my learning. By providing support, guidance, and timely motivation they help me in achieving academic success. I feel grateful to have such teachers to support me.
