The Pre-Primary Wing of Apeejay School, Sector 15, Faridabad, came alive with laughter and excitement as the young students celebrated Halloween with enthusiasm. Dressed in imaginative costumes — from cheerful ghosts and fairies to brave superheroes — the children proudly walked the ramp during the much-awaited Costume Parade, radiating confidence and joy.
Learning Through Playful Activities
The celebration continued with engaging Halloween-themed games and hands-on art activities. Students enjoyed creating cute ghost crafts, painting pumpkins, and decorating their classrooms with colourful cut-outs. Such playful learning moments helped enhance fine motor skills, focus, and coordination, while also promoting teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Teachers noted how each task encouraged children to share, cooperate, and support one another — essential life skills in their formative years.
Stories That Spark Curiosity
A delightful storytelling session added to the excitement, as teachers narrated a fun, spooky tale that kept the children giggling and guessing. Storytime not only entertained them but also built listening and comprehension skills, inspiring curiosity and imagination. As the children responded eagerly to each twist in the tale, they demonstrated how learning can be both joyful and interactive.

By exploring global traditions in an inclusive way, the students gained awareness of different cultures while having a memorable time with peers. The event beautifully combined festive fun with developmental learning — proving that education, when wrapped in play and creativity, leaves a lasting impact.
The day concluded with happy smiles and applause for the enthusiastic participants. The school management lauded the Pre-Primary educators for curating an event that seamlessly blended fun, creativity, and early childhood learning.
