He is a promising young author hailing from Apeejay School, Model Town. At present, studying in class I, he possesses a passion for both reading and writing, showcasing a natural talent for storytelling even at a young age. Tell us about yourself.
I’m in class I and I love to play a lot. Swimming is one of my favourite activities. I enjoy splashing around and feeling the water. I also love drawing, where I can create colourful pictures and let my imagination run wild.
What helped you gain interest in writing for the given topic?
I am very close to my mother and I love her. When the topic was related to Mother’s Day, it instantly made me think of her and inspired me to write about it — My mother is my best friend!
Who is your role model?
My role model is my mother. She inspires me every day with her kindness, strength, and love. I admire how she always takes care of our family and helps me with everything I need.
Who helped you with the article writing?
I usually read online and get help from different books, but my biggest supporter is always my mother. She is always there to encourage me and help me understand difficult topics. Her guidance and support make learning enjoyable and motivate me to keep trying my best.

What was your process of writing?
As I mentioned earlier, I first read about the topic to get a good understanding. Since it was related to my mother, I felt inspired to write down all my experiences and feelings about her. I began by drafting an introduction to set the stage, followed by the body. Finally, I wrote the conclusion to wrap everything up, highlighting how much my mother means to me and how she has shaped my life.
Are you an avid reader?
Yes, I love reading comic books and then writing about what I’ve read.
What was your first article that you are still proud of?
Last year, I wrote a piece about my father, and he loved it. His positive reaction gave me even more inspiration to continue writing. Seeing how much he appreciated my work motivated me to explore new topics and express my thoughts and feelings through writing even more.
Has school helped you develop your skills?
Yes, my English teacher plays a significant role in my love for writing. She encourages me to express my thoughts and creativity through words.
Tips for other writers.
It’s important to read carefully before writing and ensure that you create your sentences. By thoroughly understanding the material, you can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas in your own words. This approach not only enhances your writing skills but also fosters originality and creativity in your work.
