Mrs. Vishnu Priya is a Special Assistant in the banking industry. Her husband Mr. Raghav Sahi is a businessman in the rope manufacturing industry. They are proud parents of Ronav Sahi, kindergarten student at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld. In an interview, Mrs. Priya appreciates the teachers for giving her regular updates about her son’s performance during the online classes. Edited excerpts:

Why did you choose Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld ahead of other schools for Ronav’s admission?

The children of our siblings are students at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld. So, we got a great review about the school from them. Later, when we had a conversation with the school’s principal Nidhi  Ma’am, we felt very homely. It made us feel sure that we are enrolling our child at a good place.

Please tell us a bit about Ronav and take us through his progress at school?

Ronav loves to paint. Every Friday the school celebrates colour day. He likes that a lot. He enjoys wearing a different colour every week on that day. He is a bit shy by nature but he likes the playroom a lot. He loves when his teachers cuddle him. He even tells me after coming back home that his teacher hugged him at school. So, he comes back home very happy. We are very satisfied with the school. He likes colouring and games a lot at school. Recently the school had organised an adventure camp. Ronav had participated in it and he just loved it. The children participated in many fun activities and visited a farm and observed many new things.

Are the teachers engaging well with the students?

My husband drops Ronav to the school. The teachers welcome the kids at the school gate. They encourage the kids, tell them to not cry and take them to the classroom with all their love. That is so special.  Also, I would like to thank Nidhi Ma’am, Vasu  Ma’am , Sonali  Ma’am. They are simply great teachers.

What is the best thing about Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld?

The staff at the school is very cooperative. The principal, teachers and non-teaching staff are all very helpful. At times the helping staff at the school has also given us crucial inputs such as when I asked them about diaper training.

How was the experience of online classes for Ronav?

He did take the online classes for the initial month. I am a working parent, so I had asked the teachers to update me about his progress and homework. They updated me regularly. So, he had a good experience there.

Now that the schools have reopened, is Ronav happy to be back at the school building?

Yes, he is very happy to attend online classes.
