REVIEW OF THE BOOK ‘Grace in Verse, Poems of Devotion’

Reading a book is a rewarding experience but reading a book authored by your student brings an unmatched sense of pride. I am Nidhi, a Mathematics educator in Apeejay School, Model Town, Jalandhar and has around 17 years of teaching experience. Currently I am the class teacher of class VII-A.

On the eve of Independence Day, my student, Sanchit Gupta of class VII A has gifted me a book which has a collection of Poems written and composed by him. Today, on the special occasion of Teachers’ Day I finished reading it & I couldn’t help writing a review for the same as I am thoroughly impressed.

This book is a collection of poems about mythology and devotion, with each poem telling the story of different gods. It is suitable for all ages. Each poem is well written and bring these ancient stories to life. Sanchit has really done an impressive job of capturing big ideas like power, emotion, and faith in a way that is easy to understand and deeply touching. The poems flow smoothly, and the imagery is vivid, making it easy for readers to picture the scenes and feel connected with the stories depicted in poems.

This book is a great achievement for Sanchit and I am sure it is the beginning of more creative work to come. I am incredibly proud to see the growth and talent reflected in this collection, and I look forward to seeing what Sanchit will create in future. All the best dear Sanchit. Rise & Shine! Keep up the good work.
