Young learners express patriotism through creativity, performances, and unity
Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Model Town, Jalandhar, recently came alive with vibrant colors and patriotic enthusiasm as it celebrated the 75th Republic Day of India. The campus echoed with joy, pride, and unity as the young learners showcased their love for the nation through a series of delightful activities.
The celebrations commenced with a warm and inspiring address by the esteemed Officiating Principal, Ms. Priyanka Grover. She spoke about the significance of Republic Day, instilling a sense of pride and responsibility among everyone present. Following her speech, the dignitaries hoisted the National Flag, a moment that filled the air with patriotic zeal as the audience joined in singing the National Anthem.
The event featured a variety of creative and engaging activities designed to kindle the children’s artistic talents and patriotic spirit. Little ones enthusiastically participated in craft sessions, creating soldier figures, coloring the National Flag with colored shavings, and crafting beautiful peacock hand art and bookmarks inspired by the Tiranga. These hands-on activities not only honed their creativity but also deepened their appreciation for the country’s heritage.
Adding charm to the day, the LKG students captivated the audience with soulful patriotic songs and heartfelt poems. The UKG children impressed everyone with their knowledge of the Indian Constitution, delivering a thoughtful presentation that highlighted its importance.
The energy reached its peak during a lively and synchronised dance performance by the children on a patriotic song, spreading a wave of joy and pride among the audience. The celebration concluded with a perfectly coordinated March Past by the students, followed by the resonating notes of the National Anthem.
In her concluding remarks, Headmistress Rhythms, Ms. Nidhi Ghai, expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the students, teachers, and parents. She encouraged everyone to embrace the values of unity, equality, and patriotism in their everyday lives.
