Recently, Apeejay School, Kharghar, organised a comprehensive Orientation Programme for the students of Class XII, to prepare them academically, mentally, and emotionally for the forthcoming AISSCE 2026 exams. The programme was thoughtfully designed to familiarise students with exam expectations, reinforce discipline, and instil confidence as they step into one of the most crucial phases of their academic journey.
The orientation session was conducted by the school Principal, Dr Sonali Balwatkar, who addressed the students with remarkable clarity, reassurance, and a strong sense of purpose. In her motivating address, she emphasised that the Class XII Board should be viewed not merely as an academic assessment, but as a true test of perseverance, integrity, responsibility, and self-discipline. She encouraged students to approach the examination period with focus, calmness, and ethical conduct, reminding them that consistency and sincerity play a vital role in long-term success.

During the session, key academic and procedural aspects related to the AISSCE 2026 were explained in detail. Students were briefed on exam dates, reporting time, entry regulations, and the importance of strictly adhering to CBSE guidelines. Special emphasis was laid on punctuality, discipline, and compliance with examination protocols, including wearing the prescribed school uniform, identity verification procedures, and maintaining decorum inside the examination centre.
Comprehensive guidance was also provided on effective board paper presentation to help students maximise their performance. Students were advised on the judicious use of reading time, correct numbering of questions, neat and structured presentation of answers, systematic solving of numericals, and the importance of cross-checking responses to avoid common errors.
The students were sensitised about prohibited items and the strict consequences associated with Unfair Means (UFM). The session strongly reinforced the values of honesty, transparency, and responsible behaviour, ensuring that students remain fully aware of the seriousness of examination regulations.

Recognising the importance of emotional well-being, the orientation also addressed stress management and healthy study habits. Students were encouraged to follow a disciplined routine, practise mindfulness techniques such as meditation, ensure adequate rest, and maintain a balanced lifestyle to enhance concentration and confidence.
Overall, the orientation programme proved to be a meaningful and impactful initiative, equipping students with clarity, confidence, and direction. It reaffirmed Apeejay School, Kharghar’s commitment to holistic development, guiding students to be academically prepared, emotionally resilient, and ethically grounded as they gear up for the AISSCE 2026 exams.
