‘Placement process at Apeejay is seamless and very well-structured’

Khushi Chopra is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources from Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Jalandhar. She aspires to establish a successful career in the HR domain, with a strong focus on employee engagement and professional development. Driven by a passion for people management and organisational growth, Khushi is committed to gaining the skills and experience necessary to make a meaningful impact in the corporate world. Recently, the Apeejay student bagged a job offer from Sonalika, the 3rd largest tractor brand in India, at an attractive salary package.

When asked about her excitement of joining the organisation and this achievement, Khushi mentioned, “I am really happy and proud to be selected by Sonalika through campus placement. I’ve been offered an HR role, which perfectly matches my career interests.”

As part of her preparation strategy, Khushi said, “I revised my HR concepts, practiced mock interviews, worked on my communication skills, and participated in group discussions for confidence.”

She further mentioned that the placement process at Apeejay was seamless and very well-structured. “I received constant support and guidance throughout. A special thanks to all the faculty members and mentors for always encouraging me at every step. I’m also grateful to my HR subject teacher, whose motivation and teaching played a key role in shaping my confidence and knowledge,” she expressed.
