Parivartan 2025: A Celebration of Talent, Culture, and Holistic Growth at Apeejay School, Model Town 

Apeejay School, Model Town recently came alive with the vibrancy, energy, and celebration of its Annual Appreciation Day – Parivartan. The evening was a spectacular showcase of talent, teamwork, and cultural pride, leaving the audience inspired and mesmerised. True to its name, Parivartan reflected change and growth — not just in achievements, but in character, creativity, and confidence.

The celebrations began on a deeply evocative note with the Invocation Dance, Vishnu Avatāram. The students beautifully portrayed the various incarnations of Lord Vishnu, each symbolising protection, wisdom, and cosmic order. The performance was a gentle reminder that virtues like courage, empathy, and integrity are the foundations of meaningful change — lessons that extend far beyond the classroom.

Next, the evening glided into the soulful Swagatam Nrityanjali, a graceful welcome dance that radiated warmth, rhythm, and elegance. Every gesture, every movement was an expression of respect and joy, setting the tone for an event filled with celebration, reflection, and togetherness.

The energy quickly escalated as the beats of the Western Dance performance filled the auditorium. High-octane moves, precision, and expressive choreography lit up the stage, showing how creativity, confidence, and coordination come together in dynamic performances. Amidst the excitement, the school paid a heartfelt tribute to the nation’s heroes in “A Salute to Our Soldiers.” Students expressed reverence for the men and women who protect the country, capturing their courage, discipline, and sacrifice through a moving performance. It was an emotional reminder that true learning also involves gratitude, patriotism, and respect for those who make freedom possible.

The celebration embraced India’s diverse cultural heritage with the energetic beats of Bhangra, bringing alive the zest, joy, and strength of Punjab. The audience could feel the infectious enthusiasm of the performers as they leapt and twirled, celebrating life with vibrancy and confidence. Following this, Ghoomar, the folk dance of Rajasthan, enchanted the stage with swirling lehengas, graceful movements, and traditional elegance. Through these performances, students experienced how art forms connect generations and keep cultural stories alive, nurturing pride in one’s roots.
