Recently, Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, organised a highly engaging and productive Parents Partnership Programme (PTM) for the Pre-primary Wing. The event was designed to foster strong collaboration between parents and teachers, aiming to enhance the developmental journey of the young learners.
The school welcomed parents with warmth and enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere of trust and open communication. Teachers were eager to meet the parents and share their insights on each child’s learning progress and overall development.
The main objective of the programme was to build a stronger bridge between home and school. Teachers presented detailed feedback on the students’ academic performance, social behaviour, and personal growth. From classroom participation to skills in storytelling, drawing, and interaction with peers — every aspect of development was highlighted.
The teachers also discussed upcoming learning goals and strategies for continuous improvement, making parents active partners in the learning process.
A platform for two-way communication
One of the key highlights of the PTM was the open and constructive dialogue between parents and teachers. Many parents shared their observations from home, enabling teachers to better understand the children’s learning styles. This two-way interaction created a meaningful space for suggestions and mutual understanding.
Teachers also shared tips with parents on how to support their child’s learning at home through simple activities, reading habits, and positive reinforcement. These insights were well-received and noted with enthusiasm.

Parents expressed gratitude for the school’s constant dedication towards nurturing young minds. They appreciated the efforts of the educators and the school leadership in creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for their children. Such events reaffirm the school’s commitment to involving parents as active stakeholders in the educational journey of students.
The Parents Partnership Programme at Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, proved to be an enriching experience for all involved. It not only strengthened the school-home connection but also reinforced the shared responsibility of raising confident, curious, and capable learners.
