The Nextech 2025 Human Capital Summit, scheduled for February 19-20, 2025, in Gurugram, promises to be a pivotal event for HR leaders, tech innovators, and business executives. The summit will delve into the rapidly evolving intersection of AI and human resources, focusing on how organisations can balance technology-driven efficiency with human-centred strategies.
Under the theme Elevate Work in the AI Age, the summit will explore AI’s transformative potential across the workforce. Studies suggest AI could add up to $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030, with HR being one of the sectors poised for the most change. AI tools are already revolutionising recruitment, employee engagement, and operational efficiency, but the summit will highlight how AI can serve as a “co-pilot” to enhance human intuition, creativity, and workplace innovation.
The summit will feature discussions around three key themes: Rewire, Reset, and Renew. The Rewire track will focus on how AI can boost productivity while nurturing creativity and employee well-being. Reset will address tech innovation, security, and ethics, emphasising responsible AI adoption and bridging the gender gap in AI and tech careers. The Renew track will focus on developing future-ready leaders, with a focus on career development and continuous learning for younger generations.
The summit aims to equip organisations with actionable strategies for creating an AI-ready, human-centred workforce, positioning them for long-term success in an increasingly AI-driven world.
