Life is like a cage
But you have to face it like toil
Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win
Sometimes you go through, sometimes you overcome

Sometimes you fight, sometimes you let go
Sometimes you criticize, sometimes you acknowledge
Sometimes you quit, sometimes you give up

Life is just about ups and downs
Mountains that you have to climb
Struggles that you have to overcome,
Tears that you have to wipe off
Sorrows you have to swallow

That criticism you have to face,
Those emotions you have to hide,
Those problems you have to solve,
Life will be the same, you have to decide
Whether to be a quitter or to be a diamond
