Netweb Technologies partners with Nvidia to drive AI infrastructure in India

Faridabad-based Netweb Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with Nvidia, a leading American chip giant, to enhance Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure in India. Netweb will serve as Nvidia’s manufacturing partner for the cutting-edge NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip and GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip MGX server designs.
Under its Tyrone range of AI systems, Netweb will design and produce over 10 server variations. The collaboration aims to contribute to India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, with Netweb’s AI systems incorporating MGX expected to bolster the country’s AI capabilities.
The move towards local manufacturing aligns with the goal of creating an ecosystem to meet the growing demands of AI and accelerated computing applications from both government and private enterprises.
Netweb highlights that its portfolio based on the NVIDIA MGX platform can play a pivotal role in establishing sovereign AI infrastructure not only for India but also for other nations. Sanjay Lodha, chairman and managing director of Netweb, expressed optimism about India’s potential in AI and commended Nvidia’s Make-in-India initiative for bringing cutting-edge technologies to global standards
Vishal Dhupar, managing director for South Asia at Nvidia, emphasised that Netweb’s Tyrone AI systems, built on Nvidia MGX, will address challenges and offer enterprises flexibility for various applications, including generative AI, speech analytics, text analytics, automation, and more.
