The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the list of test cities for the NEET-PG 2024 exam and set the date for August 11. This exam will be held in two shifts across 185 cities nationwide, in line with enhanced security measures mandated by NBEMS and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW).
A poll has been conducted to gauge public opinion on the Supreme Court postponing the hearing on NEET UG 2024 to July 18, with options being: “It’s a good decision,” “It’s frustrating,” and “Can’t say.”
Candidates who were previously issued admit cards for the exam scheduled on June 23 must note that their allocated test cities are now invalid. These candidates must select new preferred test cities from July 19-22 (till 11:55 pm) through the NBEMS website using their NEET-PG 2024 applicant login credentials.
During this selection process, candidates must choose four preferred test cities based on their correspondence address state. If the demand in their state exceeds availability, alternatives in nearby states will be offered. It is important to note that the allocation of test cities will be random and not based on the order of preference provided by candidates.
Admit cards for the NEET-PG 2024 exam will be released on August 8, detailing the exact test centre venue within the allocated test city. Additionally, candidates will receive detailed information via email on July 29 at their registered email IDs.
For further updates and assistance, candidates are advised to visit the NBEMS website and contact NBEMS Candidate Care Support for any queries.
