NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Round 1 registration begins

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has begun the online registration for NEET PG Round 1 counselling 2024. Candidates who have cleared the NEET PG entrance exam can now apply by visiting the official MCC website, mcc.nic.in. While the registration process is live, the MCC has yet to release the full counselling schedule, which will soon be available on the official portal.
To register, candidates must complete the online form, submit required documents, and pay the registration fee. Once the registration deadline and seat allotment release dates are announced, candidates will need to follow specific steps to finalise their application. The process includes filling out the online form and ensuring all details are accurate before submitting.
In addition to registration, candidates can soon fill in their course and college preferences. This choice-filling process is crucial, as seat allotment depends on various factors including the number of applicants, seat availability, college-specific cutoffs, and the candidates’ NEET PG scores. Students must prioritise their selections carefully as seats will be allocated based on these preferences.
Colleges will review the submissions once the choice-filling phase concludes and allocate seats accordingly. The results for Round 1 seat allotment will be released shortly after the document verification process. Successful candidates must then report to their allotted colleges to complete admission formalities.
