For every parent, the first step into formal education is a crucial one. Ms. Schweta Chaturvedi, mother of Ram Shukla, reflects on her experience with Apeejay School, Noida, and how the school has become an extension of home for her little one. She speaks about the fun-filled learning environment, the positive values instilled, and the incredible role of teachers in shaping Ram’s early years.

In this engaging conversation, Ms. Chaturvedi talks about Ram’s excitement for school, his love for performing arts, and the strong social skills he is developing. She also highlights the warm and welcoming school culture that makes both parents and students feel at ease.

Is Ram enjoying his Nursery classes?
Of course! Fun is the one word he associates with Apeejay School, Noida. When asked how he feels about his school and teachers, his answer is always “they are best!” It’s heartwarming to see how the school nurtures positivity and self-confidence in young children.

Which activities or subjects does he enjoy the most?
It’s a little early to say, but his teachers tell me he loves clay modeling. He also enjoys anything involving dance and music—he’s always excited about performances.

That’s wonderful! Would you say he is an extrovert child; confident in class?
Absolutely! He is extremely confident, loves dancing, enjoys interacting with others, and makes friends easily.

Have you noticed any other skills developing in him?
Yes, definitely. School teaches more than academics—it helps children understand social behavior. With nuclear families and working parents, school becomes the best place to develop these essential skills. At Apeejay Noida, he is learning to interact, share, and build friendships. The environment is shaping him into a socially confident individual.

How do you find the teachers’ role in his growth?
I must say, I absolutely love his teachers. And he is so attached to them that when we tell him he will move to Kindergarten, he says he still wants to be taught by his former teachers. His former class teacher is truly passionate about her job and that kind of dedication is rare.

Have you interacted with the school principal?
I saw her at a recent school function. And I do see the Principal standing at the school entrance every day, which is a very welcome step—she seems quite hands-on.

Overall, do you feel the school is providing a balanced and happy learning environment?
Yes, absolutely! The environment, staff, and education system all come together beautifully to create a happy and fulfilling experience for the children. We’re happy to have found a school that is as cooperative and nurturing as Apeejay Noida.
