Read edited excerpts here.

 What are you doing professionally?

I am at present, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law at Symbiosis Law School, Pune. The programme offers a comprehensive curriculum, combining theoretical knowledge with practical training through moot courts, internships, and workshops.

How were your days at Apeejay School?

I had a wonderful time at school. I was involved in a lot of extracurricular activities, like dance and music, which made it a lot more fun. I also had excellent teachers who helped me grow academically and personally.

How were the teachers?

My teachers have played a crucial role in helping me balance both academics and extracurricular activities. I’ve never had to choose between the two, and their guidance allowed me to excel in both areas. Thanks to their support, I was able to thrive academically while also nurturing my passions outside the classroom. I truly believe that no school other than Apeejay School places as much emphasis on extracurricular activities alongside academics, which is essential for a student’s holistic development.

Share any nostalgic memories from school.

The most nostalgic memories of my school life revolve around the time spent rehearsing for dance performances. I vividly recall the countless hours we dedicated to perfecting our routines, all leading up to the excitement of finally performing on stage. The joy of rehearsing in the dance room with my friends, sharing both the struggles and triumphs, is something I hold dear. Those moments, filled with teamwork and creativity, are by far the highlight of my school experience.

What are your dreams and aspirations?

I aspire to practice in the field of law, where I can make a meaningful impact by advocating for justice and fairness.

What’s your advice to students of the school?

My advice to students is to never hold back. Whenever an opportunity arises, take it, and challenge yourself to grow. While academic excellence is essential, today’s world, especially in the corporate sphere, places immense value on soft skills which no textbook can teach. Engage in as many activities as you can, step out of your comfort zone, and build connections with diverse people.
