Can you describe your responsibilities as the HR Head?
My day starts at 6:30 am with the critical task of managing manpower. Ensuring there are no shortages, I oversee recruitment for any open positions, striving to fill them with the best candidates. A significant part of my role involves resolving any internal issues and maintaining harmony within the company. This includes managing union relations and keeping protests at bay, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
What were your days like at Apeejay Charkhi Dadri?
Those were truly beautiful days! The staff and administration created an exceptional atmosphere for learning. The teachers were adept at spotting our latent talents and bringing them to the forefront, helping us develop ourselves in diverse areas. It was a nurturing environment that laid a strong foundation for our future.
What hidden talent did your teachers discover in you?
I discovered my talent in table tennis at school. The encouragement and support I received allowed me to progress to the national level. This journey began with the opportunities and encouragement provided by Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri.
Were you involved in any other activities?
I actively participated in many cultural meets, which significantly boosted my confidence. These experiences were invaluable, as they helped me become more outspoken. This newfound confidence is crucial in my current role, where I often have to address up to 500 people at once. My school experiences were instrumental in building this confidence and preparing me for such responsibilities.
What was your experience with the teachers at Apeejay Charkhi Dadri?
The teachers were exceptional—highly educated and truly inspiring. They were the true gurus, always motivating us to strive for excellence. Their guidance was crucial in shaping our paths and instilling a strong sense of determination and resilience.
Do you have any advice for current students?
Focus on your studies, as there are no shortcuts in life. Everything begins and ends with books. A solid academic foundation is essential for future success, and perseverance in your studies will pay off in the long run.
What are your future career aspirations?
Looking ahead, I aim to seize great opportunities that come my way. My journey has taught me to always aspire for growth and excellence, and I am committed to advancing in my career with the same dedication and passion.
