My Favourite Hobby

Badminton is a sport that improves physical and cognitive skills. I also play badminton every day. It is my favourite hobby. After completing my studies, I went to play badminton. It strengthens muscles, enhances reflexes and motor coordination, increases flexibility and improves balance. After cricket, in India, badminton is the second most popular game.

Badminton originated in 19th century India by British officials. When I play badminton, I feel very fresh and it removes negative thoughts from my mind and brings positive thoughts. After playing badminton, my body becomes flexible and agile, and I does not feel tired for the whole day. I feel very happy when i play badminton. Playing badminton is good for mind and body, and it’s a lot better than playing computer games. badminton among all racket sports is very demanding and is the fastest racket sport in the world. Badminton makes me fit and active. The game keeps me and all players in great shape. This game requires a lot of energy and is good for physical fitness.one of the best thing about badminton is that it’s a game that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skills levels.

It is a sport of beauty. It just need a racquet and a lightweight shuttle cock. The racquets are of carbon fiber composites which has nylon strings. This makes it more light weight and flexible. This sports also requires speed, accuracy and a whole lot of concentration. These things about badminton makes it the one of the best sport in the world. Let alone children and a lot of adults also play this game out of passion for its health benefits. The sound of the racket hitting the shuttlecock everytime is a really soothing sound for the people who are into sports. Even for me, this sport helps in game strength and confidence. There are a lot of people who enjoy the sport and it acts as a source of energy for them. Badminton serves as a game that can help in spending fun time with family and friends. This sport can serve as a stress buster as it does to me, or it can also help in enhancing competitiveness. I prefer to play it in the evening when the temperature is not that hot, and the sun is not there to blur the view.
