My Experience at the School Internship

My school internship has been a truly enriching and transformative experience. It marked a great start to my teaching career, allowing me to step into the real classroom environment and implement the pedagogical skills and theories I have learned.

I was fortunate to be placed in Apeejay School which has very supportive and cooperative staff, who have been guiding me on every step at a steady pace. From the very first day, the teachers and administrative team made me feel welcomed and included. The school’s positive atmosphere and professional work culture greatly helped me adjust and grow in confidence as an aspiring educator.

A major highlight of the internship has been the continuous guidance and constructive feedback from the subject teachers. Regular classroom observations and trial classes have  provided me with valuable insights into my teaching methods, classroom management and student engagement strategies along with counter acts and improvements . Their suggestions helped me improve my lesson delivery and fine-tune my approach according to the learners’ needs.

This internship has not only improved my teaching skills but also taught me the importance of collaboration, reflection, and adaptability in a school setting. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and feel more prepared and motivated to begin my journey as a professional educator.
