‘My daughter has learnt in class 1 what I studied in class 4’
Mr Arun Kasana, father of a student studying in Apeejay International School, Greater Noida, expresses his daughter’s result was beyond expectations
Rishita Kasana is a class 2 student at Apeejay International School, Greater Noida. Her father Mr Arun Kasana was simply short of words while speaking about her results as she got promoted to a higher class. In a quick interview, the father spoke how it is the education process that is the forte of the school. Read edited excerpts:
We hope Rishita did well in her class 1 end term exams?
Her result was very good, it was beyond my expectations. She got an A+ grade. My daughter likes English, Hindi and Science the most among other subjects, and did very well in them. She also likes to participate in dance and sports, football in particular.
How are the teachers engaging with her?
I had never thought my child would have such a great result. So, clearly the teachers are doing a fine job. Nisha ma’am and Aishwarya ma’am, her class-teachers in Nursery and class 1 respectively, were just superb. I can see my daughter improve with each passing year. I am very happy.
Do you remember the admission process? Was it smooth?
Absolutely! I had to give an interview to the Principal. It was all good and amiable. The staff was very cooperative as well.
Would you recommend the school to another parent?
Yes! In fact, I have already done so to all the parents in my friend circle and neighbourhood.
Finally, what is the best thing about the school?
I feel it is their education process. From what I studied in my time compared to the study course now, I see huge improvement. From jolly phonics (phonetics) to other theme-based programmes of teaching, the education process is now very updated. What my daughter has learnt in her first grade, is what we used to study in class 4.
